Rudy the Echidna, Sydney
We were lucky enough to make the acquaintance of Rudy, one of Taronga Zoo's friendlier echidnas. His snout had been broken in an accident, so the keepers fed him a special stew, and consequently he was more used to people and tolerant of our attentions.
