Snorkeling with Manta Rays, Kona, Big Island
In order to attract the most plankton (and thus the most mantas) on our manta ray snorkel, scuba divers sat on the bottom of the bay holding their lights aloft, while snorkelers floated at the top directing their lights down, and the mantas swooped between us.
