When the Queen Emma pontoon bridge needs to allow traffic in or out of the harbor for more than a few minutes, they run ferries between Otrobanda and Punda. We enjoyed all three experiences on this trip: walking across the bridge, riding it when it was only open briefly, and taking the ferry.
