A Taste of Santorini

Another treat on our Santorini Experts tour was this food and wine tasting at a little family-run roadside stand, the Good Heart. Among other things, we tried sundried tomatos, tomato spread, fava spread, capers and caper leaves, cheese, olives, white eggplant with garlic, nuts (plain, spiced and with sesame), various spoon sweets (tomato, fig, nut and honey, etc.), and sweet and dry red and white wines.
