Greek Agora, Athens
Even more than its later Roman counterpart, the Greek Agora is a treasure trove of ancient sites. In addition to housing an excellent museum in the reconstructed Stoa of Attalos (far left), it also houses the seemingly out-of-place Byzantine Church of Agioi Apostoloi (center) and the nearly-intact Temple of Hephaestus, which provided this excellent view of the agora and the Acropolis.
