On St. Thomas, they celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a lively fiesta at the Yacht Haven Grande marina complex that includes Chihuahua races. Despite the name, it's open to small dogs of all breeds and is pretty funny to watch, since some of the dogs are eager contestants, while others sit down or escape from the track, much to their owners' dismay.
