An unflattering picture of one of the Bahamas' great pleasures, guava duff (sponge cake topped with chopped guava in a sweet cream-and-brandy sauce) at Nassau's Portofino. (It's not on the menu, but if you ask for guava duff, the staff is happy to accommodate and you'll be glad you did!)
