The Whisky Exchange in London's Borough Market is a must-visit for single malt fanciers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to give out samples -- Jer is enjoying a sneak preview of Ardbeg Alligator (which won't be released until later in 2011) from this oversized display bottle.
