We were lucky enoughto have scheduled our Grenada In A Nut(meg) Shell tour on day that River Antoine distillerywas running the waterwheel and milling sugarcane. The staff were very happy for us to observe them, as long as we stayed out of the way of the heavy, old-fashioned equipment.
