The tasting room at St. Lucia Distillers is a lot of fun, since it's a DIY sampler of their Bounty and Chairman's Reserve rums, plus various liqueurs. (It turns out that they keep a few bottles of their fancier Admiral Rodney and 1931 rums behind the counter, and if you ask nicely they'll pour you a taste.)
