Maltese Wine and Cheese, Rabat

After an interesting and quirky Mdina & Rabat walking tour, we went to Fra Angelico Wine Bar to try local wines: a Girgentina (which was mineral-y and herbaceous, like Malta in a glass) and a Maltese rosé (because they didn't have any of the rare local red, Ġellewża by the glass), accompanied by a delightful Gozoan pepper goat cheese.
