Pedro St. James
The first stop on our Cayman Safari was the oldest building on the island, Pedro St. James, a plantation house turned government building (parliament, courthouse and jail) turned museum. The 18-inch stone walls and wide verandas keep it surprisingly cool and pleasant inside, despite the Caribbean heat.
