Kitchen at Pedro St. James
Built away from the main house to protect against fire, the free-standing kitchen was one of Pedro St. James's interesting features, a sea-grape wattle lattice (which would have originally been covered with limestone plaster made from coral) on an ironwood frame with a woven silver thatch palm roof.
