Another of the many highlights of our trip through the Calchaqui Valley with our excellent guide, Edgar, was the Quebrada de las Flechas, a protected area named for its arrow-like rock formations. Edgar timed our visit for late afternoon, when the day tours were gone and the light was perfect.
