Coach Museum, Belem

coachmuseumbelem.jpg

These children's coaches were among the highlights of the Coach Museum, because they're small enough to be pulled by ponies or sheep. In the background, on the right is a coach last used for a visit by Queen Elizabeth II in the 1950s, and on the left is the coach in King Carlos I and his son were riding when they were assassinated in 1908 (with the bullet holes still visible).
