While we knew that La Sagrada Familia was still under construction, we didn't realize that the nave was still open to the elements. The pillars are built to resemble trees, and parts of the ceiling are studded with gold mosaics resembling stars or sunbursts. It will be quite stunning when it's finished...if it ever is!
