Anafre is a Honduran dish that's suprisingly hard to find on Roatán. Although we wouldn't normally be drawn to a place called Booty Bar, we were glad we didn't let the name put us off, because the anafre was delicious, especially with added chorizo and a fresh "lemonade" (really limeade).
